Job summary

City Facilities Management nationwide seeks a Divisional Operations Manager to lead field teams delivering hard and soft FM services across sites. This role ensures resources are managed within budget and all activities meet H&S requirements.

You will recruit, coach and motivate staff, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships while steering the division towards continuous service enhancements and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Ideally educated to Degree level or similar in a business or technical discipline.
• Experience as a Regional Manager in retail, leisure or FM sector.
• Experience of managing a large and remote team.
• Previous experience of developing client relationships at a stakeholder level would be advantageous.
• Strong PC literacy, with experience in extracting, collating and presenting performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to deliver hard and soft FM services across all sites.
• Manage budgets within target and optimise cost without compromising service.
• Recruit, coach and motivate staff; drive performance and succession planning.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and alignment with company policies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive continuous service improvements.
• Co-ordinate capital plans and support the customer with asset replacement planning.
• Provide world class service standards across sites and lead divisional meetings.
