Pertemps Leicester is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy site in Leicester. The role combines facilities management, health and safety, team leadership, contractor management and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safety, efficiency and high standards, lead a small facilities team, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure smooth site operations with excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting a team.
• Good knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience managing contractors and facilities contracts.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small facilities team with training and reviews.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance across the site.
• Oversee maintenance programmes and audits.
