The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Facilities Support Manager to provide professional, operational and administrative leadership across the Trust's Facilities function, supporting the Head of Facilities Management and the Senior Management Team.

The post holder leads departmental business management functions, including system oversight, contract governance, KPI reporting and facilities-related project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, operational and administrative leadership across the Trust's Facilities function.
• Lead governance, KPI reporting and facilities-related project management.
• Coordinate central workforce governance processes including mandatory training and PDR compliance.
• Deliver first-line HR support to Facilities managers in collaboration with People & OD.
