Job summary

Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Facilities Support Manager to lead the Facilities function, delivering safe, compliant and cost-effective services for patients and staff across multiple sites in Cornwall. The FSM will support the Head of Facilities Management and the senior management team in governance, KPI reporting and project management.

They will coordinate workforce governance, provide HR advisory support to Facilities managers, and drive continuous improvement and service

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across facilities or estates teams.
• Experience coordinating governance and KPI reporting.
• People management and HR advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, operational and admin leadership for the Facilities function.
• Support Head of Facilities Management and SMT in delivering safe, compliant services.
• Coordinate central workforce governance including mandatory training and PDR compliance.
• Provide first-line HR support to Facilities managers in employee relations matters.
• Oversee contracts, policies, performance reporting and related internal processes.
