Guy's and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Facilities Manager in London. You will oversee day-to-day facilities, including housekeeping and ward food services, while leading projects and managing budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and a focus on compliance with NHS standards. The post involves managing cost centres, staff allocations and driving efficiency across the site, with a responsibility to develop teams and deliver high quality services to staff

Competenze

• Diploma in Management or equivalent qualification in Management Services or similar.
• Health & Safety awareness and compliance with legislation.
• Experience in healthcare, catering and housekeeping management.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change with clear priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day facilities services including housekeeping and patient food services.
• Lead projects within Facilities Services from planning to close out.
• Oversee financial management of specified cost centres.
• Monitor workforce allocation and leave in line with budgets.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with legislation and audits.
• Develop staff through training, coaching and appraisals.
