Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Management lead to provide effective, efficient, and professional support to the FM Team and clinical services. You will manage Patient Support Teams, ensuring high-quality cleaning and patient movement services, with collaboration across wards and departments, and support from Duty FM Managers.

The role requires a Full UK driving license, strong people management skills, and the ability to work flexibly to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Educated to HND level or equivalent experience.
• Driving licence is required (Manual UK licence).
• Experience leading a team and delivering in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff daily workload and ensure safety.
• Maintain productive relationships with Trust staff and external providers.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Analyse information relevant to the role.
• Organise work to meet deadlines and legal/organisational requirements.
