Responsibilities

• Deal with any complaints immediately and report them to the Team Supervisor.
• Report faulty or damaged equipment to the relevant Supervisor.
• Management of couriers, post, goods in/out.
• Porterage services ensuring H&S requirements are met.
• Daily completion of electronic records including logging of stores issued.
• Report and repair any fabric/building faults identified.
• Escort specialist subcontractors as instructed by maintenance supervisor.
• Waste management.

Skills

Experienced using PDAs and computer Aided Facility Management Systems

Manual Handling trained

Forklift truck licence - desirable

Confident decision maker

Able to work within and promote Health & Safety practices

Motivated, enthusiastic and determined to maximise results
