Are you a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Technician within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with time served maintenance skills to join a renowned FMCG company near to Canterbury, Kent.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently repair various plant and facilities using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including HVAC, control panels and various Industrial systems
  • Confidence with fault finding
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector
  • Qualifications in either carpentry, plumbing or engineering and ability to investigate basic electrical faults
  • Relevant understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commutable distance from Canterbury, Kent
