Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of property maintenance.
• At least one trade skill.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IT literacy.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across the care home building and grounds.
• Liaise with contract/maintenance vendors for specialist tasks.
• Assist with annual budget planning alongside General Manager.
• Ensure all work is carried out with sensitivity to residents’ needs.
