Qualifications

• Good IT literacy and numeracy for basic records and planning.
• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small maintenance team and manage daily tasks.
• Plan and assist with budget planning with the General Manager.
• Liaise with contractors for specialist jobs outside the team.
• Carry out or supervise essential repairs throughout the building and grounds.
