Adore Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator in Basildon to join a growing commercial facilities team. In this permanent, full-time role you will manage client accounts, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, and liaise with engineers and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers a salary of £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience and an opportunity to grow with a developing portfolio of prestigious clients.

Competenze

• Experience in a commercial facilities maintenance helpdesk.
• Experience coordinating reactive maintenance and completing jobs.
• Proven ability liaising with subcontractors and scheduling works.
• Experience using client portals or job management software.
• Proactive problem-solver focused on client service.

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Own client accounts and understand individual requirements.
• Schedule engineers and subcontractors across a large area.
• Liaise with subcontractors to arrange works and monitor progress.
• Open, update and close jobs using portals and systems.
