Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facilities Management and commercial maintenance.
• Strong estimating/pricing ability and commercial awareness.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate pricing, estimates and quotations for new work opportunities and contract variations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts (additional services, reactive works, PPM enhancements).
• Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth job delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support service performance through clear communication, issue resolution and proactive account management.
• Maintain accurate records and commercial information to support reporting and decision-making.
