Job summary

TÜV Rheinland UK is seeking a Facilities and COP Manager to lead the Commercial Order Processing and Facilities Management functions. You will oversee teams, coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure compliant, efficient operations across two key areas.

The role requires strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to drive improvements while maintaining high service standards. This position offers an international, collaborative environment within TÜV Rheinland.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating or leading employees is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead COP team, including allocation and prioritization of activities, workload management and performance oversight.
• Provide managerial oversight to Facilities Manager, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Oversee COP and Facilities Management operations, ensuring effective delivery and reporting.
• Develop, write and maintain procedures and process documentation for both areas.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and stronger controls.
