Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in the United Kingdom (Leicester) seeks a Facilities/OA FLM to lead a frontline team across effluent treatment, starch processing, and AD plant, driving daily performance and adherence to standards.

You will role model PepsiCo values, champion safety, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage attendance and conduct, and collaborate with site stakeholders to improve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership in safety operations and quality.
