【Main Responsibilities】
Facilities Help Desk support – 25%
Administrative generalist (upkeep of company databases, stock control, post & delivery, meeting announcements, organization of correspondence & filing, facilities & maintenance monitoring, etc.) - 25%
Facilities Projects - 20%
Company Events - 20%
Supporting the Operations team with ad hoc tasks and projects - 10%
【Requirements】
Background experience in facilities, administrative / business administrative support
Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
Fluency in English with strong written and spoken skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
【Language】
Proficiency in English required.
