Overview Of Role

Reporting directly to the National Helpdesk Coordinator the role will include but not be limited to the following activity and responsibilities -

  • Point of contact for issues and enquiries from Office Managers and service providers.
  • Administrate, action and reply to emails to the facilities helpdesk.
  • Maintain trackers for centralised contracts.
  • To maintain Office Managers Sharepoint page of all account information.
  • Produce Purchase Orders for all central service providers.
  • Verify and process all centralised invoicing.
  • Keeping accurate records of all statutory building documentation in compliance with company requirements including supporting Office Managers during audits.
  • Understand legal compliance – training can be provided.
  • Monitoring performance of all central service supplier contracts (SLA’s and KPI’s).
  • To attend account meetings as and when required.
