Job summary

A leading facilities management provider is seeking a temporary coordinator for a 3-month project in South Bristol. Facilities management provider based in South Bristol

Location: BS4

Duration: Temp 3 months

Requirements: Previous CAFM or facilities coordinating/helpdesk work order experience

Your new role
  1. Raise and manage job requests in line with contracts
  2. Follow up on open jobs and queries to ensure timely resolution
  3. Raise purchase orders as required
  4. Maintain accurate records and manage document control
  5. Coordinate contractor access and collect required documentation
  6. Ensure all paperwork is submitted before contractors leave site
  7. Carry out other admin tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
  1. Experience in high-volume data entry or admin roles
  2. Familiarity with CAFM systems or similar is required
  3. Strong customer service skills under pressure, very confident on the phone
  4. Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
  5. Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
  6. Flexible and adaptable approach to work
