The Northampton Community College Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has an immediate part-time position opening for a Facilities, Operations & Events Assistant. This position is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, operation and management of the athletic facilities. The candidate will have experience in maintaining athletic fields and an understanding of the rules and strategies of athletic events played at the various venues. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends. This person will also serve as the as an event administrator at home events.

  • Assist in overseeing and maintaining all athletic fields and facilities.

  • Serve as on-site event administrator for home athletic events.

  • Ensure that all home contests are run per NJCAA, Region XIX and Northampton standards.

  • Serve as a liaison for athletic facility rentals/set-ups.

  • Other duties as assigned
