A nationwide facilities management firm is seeking an Administrative Co-Ordinator to support their administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for excellent customer service and communication with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities include record keeping, scheduling service bookings, and processing customer queries. Ideal candidates will be computer literate, organised, and have previous administrative experience. This role offers standard working hours with some flexibility, based in Stafford, UK.
Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing nationwide facilities management firm based in Birmingham. Due to expansion within the company, they are looking to bring on board an Administrative Co‑Ordinator.
Working within the administrative team, the suitable candidate will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service and will be the first point of contact between the company and its customers.
Hours: Standard 9 5 but can be flexible such as 8:30‑4:30 (Mon‑Fri)
