Job summary

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Facilities Administration Support to join the Watford site. The role supports the facilities management team, handles audit reports, data extractions, and responds to queries, with a 37.5-hour week at Watford Hospital.

You will work alongside Facilities Managers, travel to Hemel Hempstead/St Albans as needed, and must have a driving license.

Qualifications

• Typing up and sending audit reports to management and auditing team.
• Compiling monthly reports from Datix data.
• Managing the inbox and routing inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Organising meetings and taking minutes where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to management and auditing teams.
• Typing up and sending audit reports and compiling monthly reports.
• Managing the inbox for facilities-related queries.
• Completing, extracting Datix data, reviewing Datix and compiling reports.
• Organising meetings and taking minutes where applicable.
• Using the Micad system to manage pest control and other jobs.
• Ensuring catering reports are saved onto the shared drive.
