A local educational institution in England is seeking a qualified Facilitation Teacher to support small groups of pupils in their learning. This role involves working closely with curriculum leaders and pastoral teams to enhance student engagement and address learning barriers. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and administrative skills, and be committed to promoting child welfare within a supportive school environment. A flexible approach and teaching qualifications are essential.
32.5 hours per week
Main Scale: M1 - M3 rate depending on experience to date – fixed term contract to July 2026

We are seeking to appoint a Facilitation Teacher to support a small group of pupils with their learning, providing small group sessions enabling pupils to effectively engage their curriculum provision. The role will involve working closely with curriculum leaders across a range of subjects to understand curriculum requirements to best inform pupils and support their progress. The role will also require close liaison with the school’s pastoral teams to best understand the needs of pupils to support them with their learning and to help remove barriers to their learning.
The successful candidate should be a qualified teacher, be flexible and have excellent administrative and communication skills.
