Job summary

WINSEARCH UK seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the façade and external envelope market. You will develop relationships with main contractors, developers, architects and consultants to secure new opportunities and grow the pipeline.

The role requires a proven sales track record, an established construction industry network, and the ability to manage opportunities from early design through to contract award.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Key Account Manager position.
• Strong background within facades, cladding, rainscreen, external envelope, curtain walling, roofing, building envelope, or wider construction sectors.
• Established network of contacts across contractors, developers, architects and consultants.
• Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the façade, cladding and external envelope market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, architects and specifiers.
• Engage with project decision-makers from early design stages through to contract award.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Collaborate with estimating, pre-construction and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
• Monitor market activity, competitor movements and emerging project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Deliver against agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
