Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager - Building Envelope Solutions to drive growth across the North region. You will engage designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers to win new projects and expand existing accounts.

You'll focus on high quality building envelope solutions, manage 80% new business and 20% account management, and conduct site surveys as required. A competitive £50k-£70k salary with a car allowance is on offer plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling sectors.
• Must have sold to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must be able to hit the ground running.
• IT literate

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality building envelope solutions/services to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers.
• 80% new business / 20% account management.

Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 doe + bonus tbc (car allowance will be built into the basic salary)

• All of your time will be spent selling to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers
• Turnover tbc depending on experience
• 80% new business / 20% account management
• Carrying out site surveys as and when required
