Job summary

INDWIN is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing specialist contractor in the façade and external envelope sector. This hybrid/field-based role is based in Buckinghamshire and targets new business growth.

You will build relationships with main contractors, developers, architects and specifiers, manage a healthy pipeline, and coordinate with estimating, pre-construction and technical teams to win projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Key Account Manager role in facades/external envelope/construction sectors.
• Established network across contractors, developers, architects and consultants.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the façade, cladding and external envelope market.
• Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, developers, architects and specifiers.
• Engage with project decision-makers from design through contract award.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Collaborate with estimating, pre-construction and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
• Monitor market activity and competitor movements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Deliver against agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
