Job summary

Facades Talent Group is actively seeking a Project Manager to lead façade and building envelope projects in London. The role involves overseeing start-to-complete delivery, coordinating clients, subcontractors, designers and commercial teams to ensure programmes are met and quality standards maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a background in façades, cladding or building envelope, with strong organisational and communication skills and a track record of managing complex projects across

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Project Manager within façades, cladding or building envelope
• Experience with rainscreen, curtain walling, SFS, render, EWI or re-cladding is advantageous
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets and deliverables

Responsibilities

• Manage façade projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, programme, cost and quality
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, clients, designers and commercial teams
• Attend project and progress meetings and report on status
• Monitor costs and commercial performance and manage variations
• Ensure works meet drawings and specifications and oversee QA and HSE
• Maintain project documentation and facilitate handover
