SIG plc is seeking an energetic internal sales professional to support the branch's sales strategy and exceed targets. You will identify leads, manage accounts, and build strong customer relationships while focusing on margin, revenue and profit.

You will collaborate with warehouse and credit control teams, handle quotes, input orders and promote the full SIG product offering across the customer base. A structured development pathway and solid benefits accompany the role.

Formación

• Previous internal sales experience.
• Good numeracy and IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain key relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing accounts to maximise opportunity and profitable sales.
• Create leads from social media and identify new sales opportunities.
• Open new accounts and support their ongoing development.
• Engage with customers by phone, email and Teams.
• Input sales orders accurately into the system.
• Provide quotes and maintain CRM records.
• Maximise add-on sales with existing and new customers.
• Proactively contact lapsed accounts and potential new customers.
• Collaborate with the warehouse to support picking and on-time delivery.
• Engage with external sales and credit control teams.
• Promote SIG plc product offering to customers.
