An excellent opportunity for an experienced handy person local to Coventry. You will join the Mobile team to ensure all reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on multiple retail sites.

Working hours and compensation

This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week. In return you will receive:

• Salary up to £30,000 per annum
• Working 40 hours per week
• Mobile role with a van and fuel card
• Full UK driving licence.

Key responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites. Duties include:

• painting and decorating, plumbing, carpentry repairs, general maintenance
• Buidling maintenance
• PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Multi skilled person
• Fire Alarm texting
• Basic lighting Maintenance
• Fixing lights
• Unblocking toilets
• Manholes
• Fixings Roof Leaks
• Door Frames
• Flooring Repairs
• Changing Lights
• Fixing leaks
• Water temperature checks
• All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities

• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
