RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member for AC Hotel Glasgow, a stylish hotel in the city centre. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with care across Hazel bar, restaurant and event spaces, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll collaborate with kitchen and bar teams, maintain high hygiene standards, and enjoy benefits and a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with high presentation standards and timely service.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
• Set up and clear meeting and event spaces.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Set up and clear down meeting and event spaces.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

You will be working across all Food and Beverage areas: Hazel bar & restaurant; Collectors Hall and all other event spaces.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
