Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and warmth, while sharing local tips to elevate the guest experience.

You will join a dynamic, service-driven team at our central Glasgow location, contributing to memorable stays and smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Great communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests with a warm welcome.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk area and handle bookings and inquiries.
