Job summary

Ibis London Wembley is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest service and lead the F&B team across all service areas. The role requires supervising staff, training and motivating the team, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic hotel environment.

You will manage stock, ensure standards, and collaborate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and drive revenue from food, beverage, and hotel services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage, ideally in a supervisory or team-leader role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience focus.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team across service areas.
• Supervise on-shift staff and ensure high-standard duties.
• Train, coach and motivate team on procedures and standards.
• Create a welcoming dining and bar experience for guests.
• Manage stock levels, rotation and ordering for F&B supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel, brand and audit standards.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Drive sales through upselling and promotion of services.
• Promote the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
