Accor's Ibis London Wembley is seeking an energetic F&B Team Member to deliver consistent, memorable service to guests, take orders, liaise with kitchen staff, and maintain cleanliness across both front and back of house. You will work five days per week with flexibility across Monday to Sunday, contributing to a welcoming guest experience in a busy hotel near Wembley Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.
• Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
• Take orders and send them to kitchen staff.
• Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, making all guests experience positive.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and cooking duties when required.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards across both front and back of house areas.
• Be flexible in supporting all food and beverage operations, including breakfast service, bar service, restaurant service, and kitchen duties as required by the business.
• Are a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment
