Job summary

Accor’s Ibis London Wembley is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the hotel’s restaurant, bar and events. Located in Wembley, the role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, driving revenue, controlling costs and building a high-performing team.

You will oversee all F&B operations, ensure service excellence, monitor budgets, lead staff development and contribute to seasonal menus and promotions while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality leadership in hotel F&B
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience analysing business performance and implementing improvement plans
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Good understanding of stock management and labour control
• Sound knowledge of food hygiene, licensing and health & safety legislation
• Good IT and administrative skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure service excellence
• Drive Food & Beverage revenue and identify commercial opportunities
• Manage departmental budgets, payroll and cost controls
• Monitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage and inventory management
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members
• Create a positive and engaging working environment that promotes team performance
• Manage departmental rotas, attendance and productivity
• Support delivery of hotel and departmental financial targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and health & safety requirements
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement plans
• Support promotions, seasonal menus, events and new F&B initiatives
• Act as a role model and ambassador for the Accor brand values
