You will lead from the front, stay calm under pressure, and develop your leadership skills within Scotland’s iconic hospitality destination. Weekend shifts are part of the role, with advantageous experience in hotels or busy F&B environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead from the front during busy service periods.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Experience coordinating restaurant, bar and event operations is advantageous.
