Job summary

Gretna Green Ltd is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our welcoming hotel team in Gretna Green. You will lead by example, coordinate daily priorities with the housekeeping team, and ensure bedrooms and public areas are impeccably presented for guests.

In this hands-on role you’ll check standards, train colleagues, and collaborate with Reception and Maintenance to keep rooms ready on time. A proactive, guest-focused approach is essential.

• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Understanding of hotel cleaning and presentation standards

• Helping manage linen and cleaning supplies
• Promoting safe use of cleaning products, equipment and PPE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced housekeeper ready to take the next step as a Housekeeping Team Leader.

Working alongside our Housekeeping Managers, you’ll support the team and help keep bedrooms and public areas beautifully presented.
