The Rank Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to drive seamless service across our casino operations. You will lead a team to deliver first-class F&B experiences, ensuring professionalism and efficiency from start to finish.

You'll motivate staff to deliver engaging, high-standard service, with flexibility to cover night shifts and weekend work in a 24/7 casino environment. Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable leadership experience building a high performing team.
• Experience in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.

Skills & Experience Needed:
