Job summary

Rank Group in Plymouth is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to orchestrate the seamless delivery of F&B services, ensuring standards are met and every guest enjoys a first-class experience from start to finish.

You will lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service in a 24/7 casino environment, with flexibility for night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18+ and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership experience building a high-performing team.
• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage.
