The Grand - York (Splendid Hospitality Group) is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the guest journey in our F&B outlets, ensuring consistent service and floor coverage. You will work with the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager to train staff and uphold our standards of quality and service excellence.

Lead by example, motivate the team, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver swift, friendly service while seeking opportunities to enhance guest

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided and identifying opportunities for up‑selling and promoting when appropriate
• To always maintain the highest standards of service and quality, leading by example.
• Liaise with all team members and the kitchen to ensure swift and efficient food and drink service to the tables.
• Encourage team commitment and spirit, motivate team members and ensure the team receive adequate briefings.
• Demonstrate the highest guest focus & ensure individual guest requirements are understood & met by yourself and the team
• Contribute ideas/suggestions to improve standards & procedures to enable service excellence
