Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA in Hull is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the hotel’s F&B operations, ensuring top service and compliance with brand standards.

You will collaborate with the F&B Manager on staff recruitment, menus, inventory, budgets, and health and safety, while keeping guests at the heart of every decision.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across diverse venues.

• Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment.
• A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F&B operations and supervise the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
• Partner with the Food and Beverage Manager in recruiting and managing staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer service, develop menus, maintain inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings.
