Job summary

Marriott is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead and support our diverse F&B team across multiple outlets. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and drive smooth service delivery in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will mentor staff, manage floor operations, and maintain strict hygiene and safety practices while collaborating with culinary and service teams to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a positive attitude, grooming standards, and on-brand service across all outlets.
• Multitask across floor service, bartending, barista, hosting and banqueting activities.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning, sanitising and equipment return procedures and food hygiene standards.
• Assist management with reservations, guest inquiries and revenue-generating activities.
• Foster collaboration with culinary and back-of-house teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all F&B areas at all times.
