Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager, lead the team and ensure exceptional guest service across the operation.

You will hold at least one year of experience in a similar role, deliver great service, and be passionate about hospitality. The role offers development opportunities within a dynamic, inclusive hotel group.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar Food & Beverage role.
• Ability to deliver great service to guests.
• Passionate about hospitality, reliable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure departments meet criteria by consistently achieving product and hospitality service standards.
• Empower the team to handle guest feedback, both positive and negative.
• Maintain service standards across the food & beverage operation.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all F&B areas and related spaces.
• Supervise, encourage and develop the food & beverage team.
• Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.
