Job summary

Andras Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on shift, ensuring consistent standards and guest satisfaction across the restaurant and bar. You will supervise the F&B team, maintain brand standards, and support the department in achieving targets during busy periods.

Reporting to management, you will apply health and safety practices, oversee beverage service, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supervising or leading a team in a hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of daily F&B operations and shift management.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation.
• 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-shift leader during service and ensure service standards.
• Ensure resources are adequate and aligned with business needs.
• Meet targets and ensure alignment with department goals.
• Adhere to Holiday Inn brand standards and supervise the F&B team accordingly.
• Greet guests, relay information and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor beverage and food preparation to specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain product knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
• Provide health and safety compliance and report hazards.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and may serve as Manager on duty.
