Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the hotel outlets and lead the F&B team. You will work with the F&B Manager to maintain service standards, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction across restaurants and bars, including the Holiday Inn restaurant, Firin Turkish restaurant, and the sky bar, Seven.

Responsibilities

• Supervise F&B operations across the hotel outlets.
• Partner with the F&B Manager to lead staff and service standards.
• Develop menus, manage inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and analyse sales/financial reports.
