Job summary

Accor is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and deliver memorable guest experiences in a hotel setting. You will mentor staff, supervise operations, and ensure brand standards are maintained.

Work shifts are typically 5 eight-hour shifts, with early or late hours and some weekend work. The role emphasizes service, collaboration with the kitchen, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure high quality of food and visual appeal.
• Normally working 5, 8 hour shifts per week, these will be predominantly early (Apx 7am-3pm) or late (apx 3pm to 11pm) shifts and are likely to include weekend work.
