Job summary

Andras Hotels is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in Belfast to oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards. You will work closely with managers, coach staff, and support in training and development across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role involves hands-on leadership, supervision of the team, and contributing to a high standard of guest experience in a bustling hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• Must speak local language.
• Experience in F&B supervisory role for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service.
• Coach and develop team; create training plans and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee shifts and staffing; support duty management when needed.
