• Oversee daily shift activities, from setting up tables to ensuring smooth order flow.
• Train and coach team members to deliver their best service.
• Step in to handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep service moving smoothly from orders to plating.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning to prepare the team for each shift.
• Maintain dining and service areas with a focus on cleanliness and health and safety.
