Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team in Greater London. You will lead service across outlets, supervise staff, and ensure guests receive warm, efficient service aligned with Marriott standards.

You will manage floor service, bartending, hosting, and banqueting setups, while upholding food hygiene and health-and-safety guidelines. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead service across F&B outlets with a positive, on-brand attitude.
• Supervise floor service, bartending, barista, hosting and banqueting tasks.
• Ensure hygiene, cleaning and safe handling of food and equipment.
• Assist management with guest enquiries and sales opportunities.
