Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath is seeking a friendly and proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service across all outlets. You will manage floor service, bartending, hosting, and banqueting setups while ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest care.

You'll work closely with culinary and back-of-house teams to deliver memorable experiences, maintain cleanliness, train colleagues, and respond to guest enquiries, with a focus on safety and best practices in every service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor service, bartending, hosting and banqueting as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of F&B areas.
• Assist management and associates with guest reservations and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with food handling, health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with culinary and back-of-house teams to exceed guest expectations.
