Job summary

Copthorne Slough Windsor Hotel, part of Millennium Hotels UK, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and deliver outstanding guest service with flair.

You will supervise daily F&B operations, mentor staff, handle guest requests, and support sales growth while minimising wastage. Availability for mornings and evenings is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position.
• Attentive, professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
• Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros).
• Availability for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, including early hours.

Responsibilities

• Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings to customers.
• Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) according to company guidelines.
• Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with guests and addressing queries or requirements.
• Supervising day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work, and supporting team development goals.
• Ensuring the team delivers quality and guest satisfaction goals, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
