Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join its Truly Talented team. You will deputise for the F&B Manager, lead and develop the team, and ensure service standards across breakfast and dining services.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence and lead the team.
• Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team.
• Ensure service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation.
• Ensure all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times.
• Ensure that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner.
• Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Responding to guests’ queries on the menu, wait times and dietary needs to the teams.
