Parkdean Resorts is seeking a confident Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our busy complex operations in the UK. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences, support the Complex Manager with labour planning, and work closely with kitchen teams to ensure quality and portion control.

Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced F&B setting, strong cash handling skills, and a commitment to food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a food and beverage environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily F&B operations across the complex.
• Ensure high standards and food safety compliance.
• Support Complex Manager with labour planning and wage control.
• Use ordering systems accurately for food and beverage orders.
• Manage cash handling and till procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste while safeguarding gross profit.
• Coach and develop team members and supervise shifts.
• Work with kitchen teams to ensure proper portion control and specification.
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with training, financial controls and safety policies.
